This home was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared breakfast everyday. Tosha was quick to respond to our requests. I hope to stay here next time we are in Norman.

PERFECT! Honestly, I have no there words to describe this home. Not only is the location perfect but so is the home itself. It was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Hosts were amazing to work with a quick to respond to our communication.

Tosha was a wonderful host, she had great communication. She was also very helpful. We got in kind of late and couldn’t figure out how to get in and she immediately got on FaceTime with me and helped me through the whole process. Would definitely stay again!

I absolutely loved it. It was perfect!! Tosha was AMAZING. So friendly and beyond helpful. It was walkable and so peaceful. The house was fantastic and I can’t wait to come back!!

Great location and walking distance to great restaurants and campus. Tosha was very responsive and flexible. The kitchen was great as I cooked up a few things for my college student.

This place was perfect for parents weekend. Short drive to Fraternity/Sorority Houses (walkable to stadium). The house is very eclectic; I would describe as Boho-Chic. The kitchen had nice appliances, washer/dryer available, and clean! Great outdoor balcony. Comfy couch for watching tv/football. Would stay here again if available!
Small issue with power outage, not the hosts fault, but they still provided us with a bit of a refund for the inconvenience! Great communication.

this has to be the best Airbnb experience I have had so far. I have stayed in multiple properties and I found that the host Bryan was incredibly hospitable. We were invited to join him for tailgating in his yard and even walked to the game together. Super friendly and very easy to have a conversation with. He made the whole game day experience very memorable and we will be staying there again every year from now on.

We had a great stay, close to the action but a very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened deck! Everything you could ever need in that kitchen & a grill outback to throw a couple steaks on!

Bryan’s place couldn’t have been any more perfect. Was in town on a business trip and it instantly felt right at home plus more! The flow of the home was amazing and the beds super comfortable! Had everything I needed for my 2 week stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for OU's graduation weekend! Bryan is an excellent host and was super quick with responses when I had a few questions .Our family enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard in our free time. The kitchen was perfect (although it would really help to have a microwave!) The house is super close to campus which was very nice. I would highly recommend staying at The Mockingbird House! Will definitely book again when needed.
